Monica Wells

Monica Wells has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Monica started their career as a Shift Supervisor at Panera Bread in 2011 before transitioning to a role as a Preschool Teacher at Loving Heart Christian Childcare in 2012. Monica then worked as a Case Manager at CommQuest Services, Inc. from 2013 to 2016.

In 2016, Monica joined The Davey Tree Expert Company as an HR Compliance Specialist, a role they held until 2019 when they became the Director of HR at Siegfried Enterprises, Inc. Monica then moved to Verano in 2020, where they served as a Multi-State HR Business Partner until 2021.

Monica's next role was as a Senior Business Development & Sales Executive at Grown In from 2021 to 2022, followed by a position as a Regional Account Executive at the same company. Monica then joined Würk in 2022 as a Client Support, before starting their own venture as the Founder of ART iCulate in 2023.

Currently, Monica is working at Respect My Region, where they hold the title of Business Development & Content Creator. This platform started as a clothing line and has evolved into a lifestyle and music platform that supports local artists, brands, and creatives. Monica's role at Respect My Region involves promoting and elevating urban culture from across the Pacific Northwest.

Monica Wells attended The University of Akron from 2013 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) degree in Human Resources Development/Organizational Supervision. During the same period, they also obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in History and Women's Studies from The University of Akron. Prior to that, Monica attended Stark State College from 2009 to 2012, where they completed an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Social Work.
