Marissa Lynn Amira

Marissa Lynn Amira has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Marissa Lynn is currently employed at Respiree, where they hold the position of Clinical Operations Manager since October 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Clinical Operations Lead from October 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining Respiree, Marissa worked at the National University Health System as a Biomedical Engineer from June 2021 to October 2021.

Marissa Lynn gained valuable experience as a Biomedical Engineer Intern at Tan Tock Seng Hospital from January 2020 to May 2020. During their internship, they supported the Biomedical Engineering Department in various tasks, including attending product commissioning and trainings. Marissa Lynn also acquired knowledge about protocols implemented during a pandemic outbreak, specifically related to COVID-19. Additionally, they assisted in cybersecurity-related projects and gained proficiency in drafting technical specifications for medical devices.

Marissa's work experience also includes a student internship at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital from March 2016 to September 2016.

Marissa Lynn Amira completed their GCE 'O' Level at Dunearn Secondary School from 2010 to 2013. Marissa Lynn then pursued a Diploma in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, graduating in 2017. Following their diploma, Marissa continued their studies at Nanyang Technological University Singapore, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from 2017 to 2021.
