Howard Chang

Howard Chang has been working in the tech industry since 2017. In 2017, they were a Part Time Web Developer at Lava X Technologies Sdn Bhd. In 2018, they joined Compass Interactive as a Junior Web Developer and was later promoted to Senior Full Stack Engineer. Howard's responsibilities included project lead for various client projects, designing and maintaining project structure, setting up CI/CD, web server configuration, deploying projects using cloud solutions, handling project resources, code review, and coaching juniors. Howard also developed campaign based microsites and fully customised e-commerce solutions. In 2021, they joined respond.io as a Back End Developer, where they participate in feature releases in every sprint cycle, and works on migrating legacy codes to new services/platforms. Howard's main tech stack includes Node, Nuxt(Vue.js), Pug, Sass, Express(Node.js), and Typescript(Javascript).

Howard Chang attended Nottingham Trent University from 2016 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering. Howard also attended KBU International College from 2016 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure from Coursera in April 2021.
