Andree Lamothe

Andree Lamothe is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR at responsAbility Investments AG since October 2025. Prior to this role, Andree was the Global Learning and Development Director at La Prairie Switzerland from January 2020 to October 2025, where responsibilities included developing the Learning and Development strategy, designing a Leadership framework, and implementing Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
