Andrew Gutterman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and marketing. As the Principal Partner at Response Aviation Search since March 2018, Andrew has developed consultative, white glove talent acquisition strategies for Part 91 Flight Departments, focusing on understanding client needs and fostering relationships to place quality talent in Corporate and Private Flight Departments. In addition, as the Chief Marketing Officer for HigherVets since August 2024, Andrew collaborates with Military Branches to identify transitioning service members in need of coaching, mentoring, civilian life skills, job preparation, and job placement services.
