Manuel Tessloff

Manuel Tessloff has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Manuel is currently the CEO of ReAct Now GmbH, where they are responsible for strategy, technology, and sales. In this role, they aim to provide a superior communications solution for the retail sector, connecting customers, retail employees, and networked machines to improve efficiency, cost savings, and customer service.

Prior to their current position, Manuel founded Rapportable Entertainment Ltd. in 2013 and worked as the Founder until 2014.

From 2004 to 2012, Manuel held multiple roles at EMI Music Publishing Europe, including Executive Vice President of Sales, Senior Vice President of Business Development, and Manager of New Business. During their tenure, they contributed to the company's overall sales growth and was involved in new business development activities.

Manuel also served as the Managing Director at TC Tone Consultants GmbH from 2002 to 2004, where they were responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company.

Before that, Manuel was the CEO and Founder of HIFIND Systems AG, a leading company for music personalization. Manuel held this position from 1999 to 2002 and was responsible for international business development and coordination of creative and technical aspects of music recommendation and personalization.

In 1998, Manuel founded and served as the Managing Director of init[audio] GmbH until 1999.

Manuel's early career includes a role as the Manager of Music at Van Gogh TV / Ponton European Media Art Lab from 1991 to 1995.

Manuel Tessloff attended the Freiherr-vom-Stein-Schule Gladenbach from 1974 to 1988, where they earned their Abitur. Later, they pursued a degree in Computer Science at the University of Hamburg from 1991 to 1995.
