Stefanie Smithers

Stefanie Smithers is an experienced instructional designer currently employed at Responsive since September 2021, where responsibilities include developing educational content for customer self-activation and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance learning experiences. Prior to this role, Stefanie worked at USNR from January 2020 to September 2021, specializing in storyboard creation and the development of interactive online training content. Stefanie's earlier experience includes serving as a Creative Project Manager at Tennessee Technological University from August 2014 to October 2019, overseeing interdisciplinary teams for various projects, and as a 3D Artist, focusing on creating 3D models for virtual and augmented reality. Stefanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Media Arts and Animation from The Art Institutes.
