Wayne Fidler

Wayne Fidler is a seasoned UX designer with extensive experience in both leadership and hands-on roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior UX Designer at Responsive since April 2021, Wayne previously held the same title at BlueVolt, where major initiatives were implemented to innovate products and enhance legacy applications. At BlueVolt, Wayne also excelled as a Product Lead, achieving a remarkable 150% increase in adoption for a new suite of tools within three months of rollout. Additional experience includes a position as Senior Media Developer at the Exploratorium, where Wayne architected a unified online platform, and as Founder & Principal at Moonpatrol Media Lab, focusing on educational technology. Wayne's background in design and animation is supported by dual Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees from Syracuse University and further education in Design Leadership and Product Marketing.
