Michał Frączek

Michał Frączek is a seasoned professional in growth and marketing, currently serving as the Head of Growth at Responso since February 2025. Prior roles include Head of Business Growth at EDISONDA and Principal Growth Specialist at VirtusLab, where Michał also held the position of Head of Growth. Additional experience encompasses a Marketing Consultant role at Innovation Nest, Marketing Director and 3di Poland Operations Director at 3di Information Solutions Ltd., and partnerships with Quantify Research & Consulting and Materialination. Michał co-founded a marketing agency focusing on technology companies, and began the career as a Marketing Specialist at PHI Agencja Marketingowa.
