Alvaro Davila

Alvaro Davila serves as the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at ResProp Management since July 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing financial and operational reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and revenue management to support decision-making and operational improvements. Prior to this role, Alvaro held positions as a Senior Asset Management Analyst and Acquisition Analyst at InvestRes from August 2015 to June 2020, also participating in a Business Training Program. Alvaro holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Mathematics and Economics from Ave Maria University, earned between 2011 and 2015.
