Samantha Kaplan

Samantha Kaplan is an accomplished property management professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as a Property Accountant at ResProp Management since March 2021, Samantha has held multiple positions including Regional Manager and Multi-Site Property Manager. Previous experience includes roles at Pegasus Residential as Community Assistant Manager and Leasing Consultant, and a Resident Supervisor at S2 Capital, LLC. Prior to that, Samantha worked as a Regional Property Manager at Eagle Properties, and Property Manager at Southside Square Apartment. Samantha began a career in property management as an Assistant Property Manager and Leasing Consultant at Arlington Village Apartments. Samantha holds an Associate's degree in English Language and Literature from Florida State College at Jacksonville, obtained between 2005 and 2008.
