Sol Peñaherrera

Sol Peñaherrera has held a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2021, they began working as a Partner Success Manager and Business Development Representative for ResQ. Additionally, they co-founded a social movement and brand that supported the political candidate that became president in Ecuador's 2021 General Elections, generating job opportunities that benefited 5000+ families. Sol built a multidisciplinary team with various positions including sales, marketing and graphic design, and exceeded sales targets by 200%. In 2016, they co-founded and managed an Invitations and Stationary Business, providing service at +100 weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, etc. Sol recruited and coached staff members and designed and crafted custom invitations according to customers' needs. In 2021, they began working as a Busser for Harbour Sixty. In 2019, they became a Beauty Supervisor at Victoria's Secret, leading and managing a team of 15 sales associates, coaching them on selling behaviours and supporting them in reaching their weekly goals, and increasing sales of the Beauty Department by 20%. In 2015, they worked as an Assistant to the Director of Public Relations, organizing and running corporate events for corporate clients, directing the Public Relations for Puerto Limpio, Ecuador's largest city's waste disposal company, managing Public Relations for local media and sports personalities.

Sol Peñaherrera obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Social Communication with a focus on Public Relations from Universidad Casa Grande between 2014 and 2018.
