Mike Morris has a diverse work history spanning multiple industries.

Mike began their career as the Executive Vice President of Operations at Orion Electronics Ltd., where they oversaw sales, marketing, production, and administrative functions. Afterward, they became the President of Orion Electronics Limited, a subsidiary of Cobham, plc, responsible for short and long-term planning and day-to-day operations.

In 2007, Morris became the President of Cobham Tracking & Locating Ltd., a company specializing in electronic solutions for search and rescue and law enforcement.
