Caroll Pinzon

Caroll Pinzon is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in cloud engineering and application development, currently serving as the Head of Engineering for Data, Technology & Delivery at Rest since July 2023. Prior roles include AWS Engineering Manager and Senior Technical Leader at Insignia Financial, where Caroll spearheaded the architecture and operation of applications on AWS, and a similar position at National Australia Bank, overseeing cloud migration and the transition to microservices architecture. Caroll has also acted as Head of Technology for Wealth Digital Platforms, managing a team of over 70 individuals, and has held various technical roles in respected organizations. Caroll holds a Computer Engineering degree from UCAB and completed a program in Essential Management Skills for Leaders at Harvard Extension School.
