Jeff Courtney

Jeff Courtney has over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial construction and land development. Currently serving as Vice President of Property Development/Management at Providence Life Services since November 2005, responsibilities include land acquisition, securing necessary permits, coordinating design teams, managing project budgets and schedules, and supervising construction processes. In addition, Jeff holds the position of Associate Real Estate Broker at Evers Realty Group since May 2013, licensed in Indiana and Illinois. Previous roles include Vice President of Development/Construction at Villas of America and Senior Superintendent/Chief Estimator at Salamone Builders. Jeff began a career in construction as a Foreman at JMD Construction, managing carpentry crews on custom homes.
