Ludovic Bourdeaux

Ludovic Bourdeaux is an experienced purchasing director with a robust background in supply chain management and contract negotiation. Currently serving as Directeur des achats at Restalliance since March 2021, Ludovic previously held the position of Directeur des achats groupe et de la production touristique at BELAMBRA Clubs, overseeing a centralized purchasing function and developing procurement strategies from November 2009 to March 2021. Prior roles include Directeur des achats de matériels et fournitures d'exploitation at Accor, where responsibilities encompassed international sourcing and team leadership, and various purchasing roles in the food and hospitality sectors.
