Mathieu GRIPON

Mathieu Gripon is currently the Directeur Régional Adjoint at Restalliance, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, they spent nearly a decade at Compass Group France as a Chef de Secteur, successfully managing multiple establishments and overseeing significant operational budgets. Earlier in their career, Mathieu served as Directeur Commercial at Groupe CAP INTER, where they supervised six temporary employment agencies. They hold a DUT in Gestion des Entreprises et des Administrations from IUT d'Évreux and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from ESC Amiens.
