Ken Izumi

Ken Izumi is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering leadership and management. As Vice President of Engineering at RESTAR Inc. since January 2024, Ken previously served as Director and Head of Cloud Platform at KPMG Ignition Tokyo from June 2022 to December 2023. Prior roles include CIO Japan at The Adecco Group, VP of Engineering at Paidy, and Technology Manager at Cimpress, where Ken focused on team building and business development initiatives. Ken's extensive tenure at Goldman Sachs spanned 16 years, during which multiple leadership positions were held, including Vice President in various technology-focused roles, demonstrating significant expertise in finance engineering, regulatory compliance, and application development. An alumnus of Waseda University, Ken holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
