Jenny Fitinghoff

Jenny Fitinghoff has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Ekonomiansvarig and Bokningsassistent at RestaurangAssistans since September 2014. Previously, Jenny worked as a Servitris at Restaurang Trattorian and Hornhuset while also completing internships in both reception and restaurant operations at Hesselby Slott and an 8-week practical internship focused on economics related to education. Jenny began in the industry as a Hovmästare at Tott Hotell Åre. Educationally, Jenny holds a degree in Food and Beverage Management from Frans Schartau Handelsinstitut and is currently pursuing further studies as a Redovisningsekonom at Xpectum AB.
