Fuad Baloch

Fuad Baloch, PhD has over 16 years of experience in various roles in the IT industry. Fuad is currently the NZ Technology Director at Restaurant Brands NZ Ltd, where they began working in 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Activate from 2015 to 2022, handling account management, project management, and pre-sales work. Fuad also served as a Consultant at Activate from 2011 to 2015. Before joining Activate, Fuad worked as an ICT Systems professional at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare from 2008 to 2011, where they managed the company's global network and infrastructure. Fuad also worked as an IT Admin at Bravura Solutions from 2006 to 2008 and as a Systems Analyst at healthAlliance from 2005 to 2006.

Fuad Baloch, PhD has a strong educational background in information systems. Fuad completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Information Systems from Auckland University of Technology in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Masters of Computing from Unitec | Te Pūkenga in 2008 and a PGDipComputing from the same institution in 2007. In addition, they hold certifications in CCNA obtained in 2008 and MCP obtained in 2006.
