Erik Theeuwes

Erik Theeuwes is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Operational Director and COO of Happy Italy at Restaurant Company Europe since August 2020. Prior to this role, Erik held various management positions at HMSHost from December 2014 to August 2020, focusing on brand and concept development, marketing strategies, and market analysis. Erik's career includes significant roles at Autogrill, where responsibilities spanned concept development and marketing across Europe, as well as positions at Le Royal Meridien Shanghai and other hotels in the hospitality sector. Erik holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences, complementing a strong educational foundation from Onze Lieve Vrouwenlyceum.
