Edwin Kats is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end hospitality management. Currently serving as Patron Cuisinier at Restaurant Noble since February 2013, Edwin has previous experience as the owner of Kats Culinary Hospitality and has held prominent positions such as Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Chef at various InterContinental hotels, including Nanjing and Beirut. Edwin's career also includes significant roles at InterContinental Amstel Amsterdam and NH Barbizon Palace-Restaurant Vermeer. Notably, working under Cas Spijkers at Hotel-restaurant De Swaen led to the achievement of a Michelin star. Edwin Kats is a graduate of Hospitality School Breda, class of 1985.
