Beau Clugston has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving in Research and Development and as a Sous Chef at Restaurant Noma since April 2010. Prior to this, Beau worked as a Chef de Partie at Maze by Gordon Ramsay from September 2006 to February 2010 and held the same position at Pier Restaurant from January 2004 to September 2006, where the journey in the culinary arts began as an Apprentice. Beau completed high school education at Toormina High School from 1998 to 2002.
