Simon Bursche is an experienced culinary professional with a career spanning over a decade in prestigious restaurants. Currently serving as the general manager and kitchen manager at Restaurant Noma since August 2014, Simon has previously held positions including sous chef at Restaurant Kadeau and chef de partie at both Restaurant Noma and Restaurant Sletten. Additionally, Simon worked as a kokkeelev at Restaurant Kong Hans Kælder and as a stagiaire at Alinea Restaurant LLC. Simon holds a degree in gastronomy from Hotel- og Restaurantskolen, complemented by previous education at CELF Handelsgymnasium and Gunslevholm Idrætsefterskole.
