George Hoffman

George Hoffman is a retired President and CEO of Restaurant Services, Inc. They served as Vice President at Burger King Corp from 1988 to 1997, and held the position of Branch Chief and Associate Administrator at the USDA Economic Research Service from 1973 to 1984. Prior to these roles, George was a Pilot Instructor in the United States Air Force from 1968 to 1973 and worked as Director of Commodity Analysis and Risk Management at The Pillsbury Company from 1984 to 1988. They hold a B.S. and M.S. in Agricultural Economics from Colorado State University and a PhD in Agricultural Economics from the University of Minnesota.
