Founded in 1991 as an independent member-owned cooperative, RSI acts on behalf of BURGER KING® restaurants in the U.S. to achieve best commercial terms for food, packaging, premiums, promotional products, restaurant supplies, equipment, and distribution services. The cooperative negotiates the purchase of about $3 billion a year in products and distribution services on behalf of its members.
