Natalie McMichael

Natalie McMichael has extensive experience in the food industry, specifically in procurement and supply chain management. Natalie currently holds the position of Director, Protein Procurement at Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC. Prior to this role, Natalie worked at Cargill for 14 years, where they held various positions in business management, distribution, and procurement. Natalie has a strong background in beef optimization, pricing, and coordination of inbound loads. Natalie also has experience in account management, buying, and selling a variety of proteins including beef, pork, chicken, and seafood.

Natalie McMichael attended Penn State University from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a degree in Agribusiness Management with a focus on Marketing.
