Rachel Greer

Rachel is a second-generation Phoenix native who was raised to be a team player. She is the middle child of three girls and has always been involved in organized and competitive sports. She works hard to find creative solutions to tough problems and is willing to go the extra mile to support her team.

Rachel’s background and degree is in education, and she is coming from teaching in a middle school English classroom. She also worked in several leadership roles on campus where she was able to develop systems in place at school, used throughout the school, even after her departure. She took her leadership roles seriously with her colleagues to develop the future leaders within her classroom. Rachel believes that if she is able to teach over 30 twelve-year-old’s, and get them all to learn new skills, she is capable of success with the Restaurant Systems Pro team.
