Ty Bayles has extensive experience in customer service, currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Service at Restaurant Technologies since May 2015, following various roles within the company including Customer Service Manager and Customer Care Team Lead. Prior to this role, Ty co-founded Three White Lights Weightlifting, an e-commerce lifestyle brand focused on weightlifting, and worked as a Living Skills Instructor at Shepherds Ministries. Additional experience includes a position as a Sales Associate at adidas. Ty holds a degree in Liberal Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, completed in 2016, and has educational background from Maranatha Baptist University and Union Grove Christian School.
