William Prather

William (Bill) Prather has extensive experience in the food and restaurant industry, holding various leadership positions. Currently, Prather serves as a Board Member at Restaurant Technologies, Inc. and an Industrial Advisor at EQT Partners. Previous roles include CEO of Wild Wing Cafe and El Paso Bar B Que, Inc., where Prather created and developed ten southwest-themed BBQ restaurants that were recognized as "Best in Arizona." Additional leadership experience includes CEO positions at Prather and Company, Furr's Bishop Cafeteria, and Hardee's, as well as serving as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations at Burger King Corporation.
