Jon Meyer

Jon Meyer is an experienced writer specializing in travel and food, currently serving as a Travel Feature Writer for SIP Northwest Magazine since June 2012. In addition, Jon has contributed to Seattleite as a Travel/Food Writer since January 2011 and has been a Server at Restaurants Unlimited since May 2007. Previous roles include working as a Columnist for the Seattle Post-Intelligencer from February 2008 to January 2011 and serving as a Northwest Sales Representative for Helly Hansen from October 2005 to May 2007. Jon holds a Communications degree in Broadcast Journalism from Gonzaga University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
