Kishor Gupta

Kishor Gupta is the India Hub Director at RESTLESS DEVELOPMENT. Kishor has over 6 years of experience working in the development sector in India. Kishor has worked with UNICEF India as a Programme Officer and with the Sir Ratan Tata Trust as a Senior Development (Programme) Officer. At the Sir Ratan Tata Trust, they were responsible for managing the Youth and Civil Society portfolio of the Trust of around $1.5 million per annum. Kishor has also developed partnerships and identified opportunities that contributed in taking the mandate of the youth & civil society portfolio forward. Kishor has anchored Youth Employability Development Program in Jharkhand and Nagaland and has also served as anchor for External Resource Person (ERP)/Expert input for projects being handled including preparing Terms of Reference (ToR).

Kishor Gupta has a Master's degree in Development Studies from the Institute of Development Studies at the University of Sussex. Kishor also has a Masters in Social Work from the Department of Social Work at Jamia Millia Islamia. Kishor holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with additional coursework in Kishor'story, Political Science and English from St. Johns' College. Kishor has also completed their High Secondary and Senior Secondary Certificates in Physics, Biology, Mathematics, Chemistry and English from UP Sainik School, Lucknow.
