Natalie Agboeze is the Strategic Partnerships Director at RESTLESS DEVELOPMENT. Natalie has dedicated their career to empowering young people to make lasting change in their communities.

Prior to their current role, Natalie served as the Director of South Africa, where they led a team of staff and volunteers to multiply youth leaders in South Africa. Natalie has also served as the Head of Sierra Leone, where they led a high performing team of 45 staff and hundreds of volunteers to empower young people to make lasting change in their communities.

During their time in Sierra Leone, Natalie oversaw programs that strengthened community-led accountability, improved service delivery in Sierra Leone through youth-led data collection, and addressed the root causes of Sexual and Gender Based Violence. Natalie also worked with vulnerable girls to support career development and business/entrepreneurial skills to provide girls with the skills to secure their own futures.

Natalie’s dedication to empower young people has had a lasting impact on the communities they have served. Through their work, Natalie has helped young people across Africa develop the skills and knowledge necessary to create positive change in their communities.

Natalie Agboeze studied sociology at The University of Manchester, before completing their secondary education at Sir Henry Floyd Grammar School.

Natalie Agboeze reports to Kate Muhwezi, Co-CEO. They work with Candie Cassabalian - Regional Operations Director, Caleb Masasu - Assistant Programme Coordinator, and Inés Yábar - Youth Power Manager.
