Bill West has a diverse work experience in the mattress industry. Bill is currently the President of Visionary Sleep LLC at Restonic, where they lead the organization and focuses on developing people and teams. Prior to that, they were the Executive Vice President of Sales at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC, where they directed the US Independent sales channel and led a team of 125 people. Bill played a crucial role in integrating the Serta Simmons sales team following an acquisition and achieved a revenue of $1B+. Before that, they held various senior sales roles at Serta, where they led the national Retail Sales Division and was responsible for sales training and business development. Bill also led the retail, national accounts, and contract sales divisions, acquiring and integrating eleven Sleepmaster plants. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Sealy as a Key Account Manager and Territory Manager, where they achieved sales growth and market share improvements in various territories.
