Jay Hassell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Pipeline Advisory Board Member for Boy With a Ball, Jay provides guidance on the Pipeline Career Program. As a Franchise Owner at RestoPros Restoration since September 2021, Jay has transitioned from consulting to actively managing a franchise in mitigation and remediation services. Jay founded Cornerstone Coworking in April 2013, fostering a community for remote workers and entrepreneurs. Previously, as COO of NovoLogic, Inc., Jay oversaw daily operations and staff development. Jay also contributed as an Industry Certification Consultant for the Georgia Department of Education and held HR roles at Qualex Inc., including Human Resource Business Partner and Senior Production Manager. Education includes an MBA with a focus on Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a BS in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
