Shannon Roderick has extensive experience in leadership and operations, currently serving as President and Vice President of Brand Development at RestoPros Restoration since May 2022. Prior to this role, Shannon spent over 15 years at The Basswood Group, LLC, starting as General Manager and quickly advancing to Vice President of Operations, focusing on sales growth and brand establishment in the hospitality sector. From 1997 to 2007, Shannon was the Director of Marketing Operations at Sonic Automotive, where responsibilities included establishing business development centers and implementing contact management systems. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing Management and an Associate of Arts in Advertising, both from Northwood University.
