Bernard Boling began their work experience in 2003 as a Co-Owner of Boling Roofs & Sheet Metal Co. Bernard held this role until they transitioned to becoming the Operations Manager for Boling Roofs at Restoration Builders Inc. in August 2020.

Bernard Boling holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
