Cynthia Lee

Cynthia Lee is an accomplished design professional with a robust background in architecture and design leadership. Currently serving as Principal Design Leader at RH Contract since April 2025, Cynthia previously held significant roles at Palisociety, including Vice President of Design & Development and Design Director from June 2018 to December 2024. Past experience includes positions as Studio Director and Project Manager at AvroKO (August 2012 - June 2018), Project Manager at George Wong Design (May 2008 - July 2012), Assistant Project Manager/Designer at MR Architecture & Decor (2006 - 2008), Intermediate Designer at BCV Architects (2005 - 2006), and Junior Designer at McLarand, Vasquez, Emsiek and Partners, Inc. (2003 - 2005). Cynthia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley in 2003.
