Mia Rasor

Mia Rasor is a highly experienced professional in digital creative and user experience design, currently serving as Vice President of Digital Creative & User Experience at RH since January 2015, following positions as Vice President, Creative, Digital and Creative Director, Digital. Prior to RH, Mia Rasor worked at Sephora Inc., LVMH from April 2008 to January 2015, where roles included Design Director, leading a digital creative team that significantly contributed to the e-commerce platform's success, and Senior Art Director, overseeing cohesive design concepts. Additional experience includes leadership positions at several companies, including MediaZone and Glam Media, where Mia Rasor developed brand identities and digital experiences. Mia Rasor holds a BFA in Communication Design from Parsons School of Design and has a background in art direction from various roles across the creative industry.
