Steve Rouman

Steve Rouman is an experienced real estate executive with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Real Estate at RH since December 2021, Rouman previously held the position of Head of Real Estate for Specialty Retail Stores at Amazon from January 2021 to December 2021. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Real Estate at Restoration Hardware, Senior Director of Retail Real Estate and Development for the Americas at Apple, and Vice President of Global Real Estate & Construction at Levi Strauss & Co. Rouman's extensive background also includes a tenure as Vice President of Real Estate for North America & Europe at Gap Inc. and Vice President of Leasing at Westfield/Urban Retail Properties. Rouman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Michigan.
