Charles Bligh

Charles Bligh is the current CEO of Restore. Charles was previously the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of TalkTalk from November 2011 to December 2018. Charles was responsible for developing the strategy for the firm and delivering the in year business plan. In addition, they were responsible for the strategic health of the core network assets and also the operational execution and delivery.

Prior to TalkTalk, Bligh worked at IBM from July 2003 to November 2011. Charles was the Vice President of IBM UK and Ireland responsible for IBM's business in the SME/Midmarket/Corporate segments across all products & services in the UK & Ireland including full regional responsibility for IBM in Ireland and Scotland.

Charles Bligh completed their MBA at Melbourne Business School, followed by a Post Grad Diploma in Management Studies also at Melbourne Business School. Charles has an Electronic Engineering Degree with Honours from the University of Melbourne, and attended Melbourne Grammar School.
