Randall Haupt

Director of Operations at Restore First Health

Randall Haupt has extensive experience in healthcare administration and operations. Randall is currently serving as the Vice President of Strategy and Growth at Restore First Health. Prior to this, they held the position of Medical Office Operations Manager II at Northside Hospital, where they managed a multi-specialty physician practice and was responsible for a $30 million annual operational budget. Randall also served as the Director of Operations Sleep Services at Wellstar Health Systems, overseeing a sleep medicine service line and managing a budget of over $50 million. Before that, they worked as the Clinical Coordinator at St. Thomas Health Services Center for Sleep, providing oversight of technical staff and assisting in strategic planning for the sleep program. Randall also has experience serving on the Board of Directors for the Kentucky Sleep Society. Randall began their career as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist and EEG Technologist/Sleep Technologist in various medical centers. Additionally, Randall served as an Aeromedical Journeyman in the US Air Force.

Randall Haupt holds a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, specializing in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Randall obtained this degree from Austin Peay State University, where they also earned a Bachelor's degree in Professional Studies with a focus on Organizational Leadership. Additionally, they have obtained a Lean Sigma Six Yellow Belt certification from WellStar Health System in 2016.
