Gilad Marom

Gilad Marom has been working in the medical industry since 2004. Gilad began their career at OrthoMechanics as a Design Mechanical concepts and Manufacturing of Prototypes INNOVATION. In 2005, they moved to MAG EH LTD as a Mechanical Designer Design for Manufacturing. From 2006 to 2019, they worked at Edwards Lifesciences in various roles, including Sr. Director, R&D, Sr. Manager, R&D, Sr. Manager, R&D, and Project Manager & Team Leader. In their final role at Edwards Lifesciences, they established and managed a large R&D group responsible for Engineering, Pilot Manufacturing and Testing Engineering. In 2019, they became the CEO of Restore Medical Ltd. and in 2020, they became a Member of 8400 - The Health Network.

Gilad Marom has an education history that includes a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, which they completed from 2000 to 2004. In 2019, they participated in an Executive Education program at Harvard Business School in the field of Strategy. In 2021, they participated in an Executive Education program at Harvard Business School in the field of 8400 The Health Network Training.
