At KIPP WEST ATLANTA YOUNG SCHOLARS WAYS ACADEMY INC, they served as the Dean of Restorative Practices from 2016 to 2018, where they established a school-wide system for circles and designed a curriculum. Claudine also provided professional development opportunities and implemented Circle Learning Walks for teachers.

Prior to their postgraduate studies, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Hampton University, which they earned from 2004 to 2008.
