Reagan Pannell

Reagan Pannell has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Reagan has worked as a Founder & Partner at LeanScape - Lean Training & Consultancy, where they acted as a Lean Consultant & Master Coach supporting organizations in improving business performance. Reagan also worked as a Project Lead at Restrata, where they designed and delivered Global Fleet Management best practices for the UNHCR.

At Hertz, Reagan held multiple roles, including Director of Project Management, where they were responsible for implementing keyless fleet solutions and digitalizing the customer experience. Reagan also served as a Country Production and Continuous Improvement Manager, managing Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement programs across the UK and European flagship locations.

Additionally, Reagan held positions such as Head of Continuous Improvement & Quality and Head of Integrated Facility Services at Transguard Group. Reagan also worked as an Operations Team Leader and Operational Expert at Lloyds Banking Group.
