Toshi Jain is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Restroworks since October 2025. Prior roles include Head of People and Culture at FieldAssist, where Toshi led significant growth in employee strength and drove talent management strategies. As Director of HR & Delivery Governance at NovelVox, Toshi established HR verticals, introduced innovative HR practices, and achieved two consecutive "Great Place to Work" certifications. Previous experience covers leadership positions in HR at companies such as Knoldus Software LLP and Applied Mobile Labs, demonstrating a robust capability in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
