Reginald Gayle is an experienced Project Engineer currently working at Restruction and STRUCTURAL since November 2022. Prior to this, Reginald served as a Field Engineer at HENSEL PHELPS from June 2020 to September 2022, managing day-to-day field activities, coordinating with trade partners, and ensuring safety and quality control on construction sites. Reginald gained valuable experience as a Project Engineering Intern at CG Schmidt, Inc. in 2019, where responsibilities included safety checks and managing project documentation. Previous roles range from maintenance at General Mitchell International Airport to administrative assistance at Lubsey Medical Center and WMSE, along with early construction work at Watson Construction Company. Reginald holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Indiana State University and has transitioned through various educational institutions to develop a solid foundation in construction management.
