Amy Smigielski

Amy Smigielski is an experienced professional in early childhood education, currently serving as the Manager of Early Childhood Practice at Resultant, where Amy created a consultant team to assist state governments with integrated data systems across 15 states. As the Director of Education Programs at Early Learning Indiana, Amy designed extensive training content for an alternative early childhood teacher preparatory program and established partnerships for apprenticeship pathways. Previous roles at Early Learning Indiana included Director of Solution Design, where multi-year partnership plans were developed, and Director of Family Support Services, which launched Indiana’s first statewide family engagement initiative. Prior to this, Amy directed the Early Head Start program at Bona Vista Programs, achieving significant funding increases and compliance improvements, and served as an Infant and Toddler Training Specialist. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Early Childhood Education and Child Development from Erikson Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Indiana University Bloomington.
