Mamoon Hashim

Mamoon Hashim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and strategic leadership within both the public and private sectors. Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at Resultant since November 2022, Mamoon leads high-impact projects aimed at addressing public sector challenges through strategic initiatives and partnerships. Prior to this role, Mamoon spent over 13 years at the U.S. Department of State, where responsibilities included managing multifaceted programs worth over $50 million annually focused on law enforcement and security modernization. Additional experience includes roles at the FBI and the U.S. Department of Justice, complemented by a Master's degree in Business Administration from the National University of Sciences and Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Journalism from Punjab University.
