Keith Ray Foster

Keith Ray Foster's work experience begins in 2002 when they worked as an Account Executive for Verizon, selling advertising to mid-sized companies in the Manhattan market. Keith Ray then moved on to work as a Loan Officer for Citi, selling CitiMortgage's financial products and conducting first-time homebuyer seminars to establish a customer base. In 2006, they became a Major Accounts District Manager at ADP.

In 2009, Foster joined StyleQ as a Director of Sales & Special Projects, where they remained until 2014. During this time, they worked on various sales and special projects.

From 2014 to 2018, Foster served as the Director of Human Resources at Bytemark, Inc., a tech start-up. Keith Ray was responsible for operations and human capital management, overseeing office moves and build-outs, procurement, accounting, payroll, and international employment compliance. During their tenure, the company experienced significant growth, expanding from 22 to over 100 employees with offices in five countries.

In 2018, Foster became a Human Resources Consultant at KFTS, a position they held until 2020. Finally, in 2019, they joined Resulticks as the VP of People & Operations, where they currently work.

Keith Ray Foster has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History & Political Science from Andrews University. Keith Ray also holds a Continuing and Professional Studies Certificate in Human Resources from Baruch College. Additionally, they attended Bronx High School of Science.
